My wife and I noticed they recently opened, so we stopped by to just check out the menu. They had a jerk chicken lunch special so we decided to give it a try. Oh, what an amazing meal we had! The jerk chicken had a great flame smokiness flavor and paired so well with the rice and beans. The yams were absolutely one of the best I've ever had. We are excited to come back and try the other foods they have.
I visited this restaurant on March 5th. I ordered the jerk chicken lunch special limited time only buy 1, get one free. The portions are large. I waited about 8 minutes for my food. The only complaint I have is the food is too salty. I have high blood pressure. I usually treat myself once a month. My pressure went up 20 points. The Mac and cheese was good, not salty, but the corn, rice and beans were salty. The chicken was seasoned, but salty. The jerk sauce was hot and fantastic. I gave the rest of my meal to my neighbor. My neighbor enjoyed the food and would recommend this restaurant.
Hunny …. When the owner is sending out complimentary Rum Punch (thee best I’ve ever had) personally and walking them to the table. Plus serving up the best oxtails and escovich; I felt like I woke up in Jamaica. Everything was so authentic, the rum punch, food, and atmosphere, I am wishing them much success and prosperity. My friend was visiting from LA and said “this is the best rum punch and oxtails I’ve ever had”. Great Job Uncle Joe 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
